Connor Downs is a village situated in West Cornwall with St Ives to the west and Penzance to the south. it is a 7 minute drive to Gwithian Towans and a short drive to Hayle with its shops and facilities.
Just a 5 minute walk to the local shop and petrol station.
The location allows guests to choose visiting the north or south coasts as the distance between them here is less than 9 miles.
2 bedrooms, one with king-size bed, and one with single bed.
Kitchen /living area with gas hob and electric oven, washing machine. PLEASE NOTE There is an undercounter fridge but it has no freezer compartment, and there is no freezer in the annexe.
Fast broadband/wi-fi, tv and blu-ray dvd player, free wifi.Outside the annexe is an enclosed garden with a terrace through patio doors.
Up to 2 neutered dogs are welcome £20 per week, or part of - Further dogs by arrangement .
Although the garden is fenced it is not suitable for dogs prone to escaping.Dogs are not allowed on the beds or in the bedrooms, or to be left alone in the property or garden. Please use throws provided if they are likely to
get on the sofas. Guests are asked to keep the garden clear of dog mess
at all times.
Minimum stay 3 nights out of season.Main changeover day is Saturday.
The annexe is not suitable for children under 10.
Off-road parking for 2 cars.
