Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with large dining table which will comfortably seat 8 and a snug living area which will seat 5 people.  But as both areas open into each other, you can move chairs around to fit your family's needs.  

The kitchen is small but very well equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
