Located in Blackwater, very central location perfect for exploring all Cornwall has to offer. Only 10 minutes from North coast and Poldark country, 15-20 minutes from the southcoast. Less than 10 minutes to Cornwalls capital Truro and Royal Cornwall hospital, Treliske. Roughly 40 minutes to eden project AND lands end. 1 mile to the Coast to coast cycle way and historic Mineral tramways.

Single story apartment which is part of a large Cornish miners cottage brought up to contemporary living. Two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single, with ample space!
