Feock, in south Cornwall is a picture postcard village, Feock is on the Fal estuary near the ancient Carrick roads. The King Harry Ferry is close by and is an enjoyable experience. One of the few remaining car and passenger chain ferries in the UK, this takes commuters heading into Cornwall’s cathedral city of Truro and tourists alike across the beautiful stretch of water between Philleigh in the Roseland and Feock, near Truro. It also saves the 30 mile round trip to the Roseland. View more about Feock

Beautiful, only problem was that the oven and the fire were not working and hadn’t been working for a while but still not fixed.
This didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves in a wonderful cottage that I would highly recommend.
It was just lovely.
Thanks
