The Valley provides excellent accommodation, that is incredible value for money. We've stayed here six times, with an elderly disabled member of our family, a ten-year old and a dog. It's rapidly becoming a home-from-home. Love the kitchens and bathrooms. Love the cleanliness. Love the secluded country location. Nicely done Valley!

The site and cottage has everything you need for a holiday, it surpassed our expectations by a long way. The attention to detail, daily weather reports & suggestions for places to visit as well as the activities organised on-site are all beyond what we have experienced elsewhere so far.

The accommodation exceeded expectations, beautifully furnished so many little extras in this property made it 5 star. The welcome goodies were amazing and a real luxury treat as well as the practical items too which really helped make our trip enjoyable, as the accommodation was so nice we spent more time in it then planned. The facilities at the valleys were fantastic our kids loved the pools, and we enjoyed yummy pizzas at the hart. We definitely hope to return we had a gorgeous holiday

We are glad to have found this place. The location is in a quiet area but also only a few minutes drive to the interesting towns of Cornwall. The kitchen was well equipped, the cottage was clean and the car park was close to the cottage. We enjoyed the pools (indoor and outdoor). The small playground was also very popular. The staff were very helpful and dinner at the Hart of Valley Restaurant was delicious. This is mainly due to the effort and heart that Chef Ondine puts into the business. Thank you for your excellent service.

Great for a family retreat.
It was our second time there, the staff is very helpful and welcoming making us feel very quickly at home. The pool facility is easy to book and the outdoor pool is very warm during the summer months. The restaurant on site is great when you don’t feel like cooking. Overall a gem of a place we will definitely be back.

Our first visit and it was lovely. Modern and very clean dog- and family-friendly accommodation. The house was perfect for a family with an enclosed garden for the dog. The customer service is fantastic - from receiving a lovely warm welcome on arrival to a goody bag and a lovely goodbye on leaving. I think the reception ladies are called Lauren and Pariss and they are just so good at their job! There’s a great designated dog walk and lots of bins around. The only downside we found was that the Azura cafe bar was closed Saturday and Sunday which was 2 of 3 days of our stay but the 1 night we did manage to go, the staff were lovely there too. Had so much fun in the games room. Didn’t get chance to swim but both pools looked great. Would definitely recommend this place.
