The most idyllic accommodation

The most wonderful location, accommodation and service.
We had a wonderful week at The Valley.
The food and amenities were amazing. Beautiful beaches and pubs were all in close distance. We are already looking to return.
When we left we were given a lovely goodie bag for our journey home.
We have stopped in 5 star accommodation all over the world and I would recommend The Valley to anyone.

Summer Trip to Cornwall

Booked a pet friendly gallery cottage through Voyage Prive and the experience was faultless from when we 1st booked right up to when we left. It’s the 1st time we’ve visited Cornwall, but we’re already looking at re-booking for next year. Loved the format of the cottage, having plenty of space inside, and lovely outdoor areas too. Even though the weather was hot & sunny all week the cottage thankfully remained cool at all times. Staff on-site were friendly and helpful at both reception and restaurant / bar. It was really well positioned for our trips out to St Mawes, St Agnes and other places we went to. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting.

A hidden gem. The Valley is ideally situated as a base for visiting Cornwall. It is in a peaceful and secluded location, just outside Truro and offers spacious accomodation, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts etc.

Peaceful and Perfect!
We booked up for a quick Cornish break and were pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was at The Valley. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Loved the layout as the kitchen was on a mezzanine with a balcony overlooking the pool and countryside beyond. Great place to stay if you’re bringing a dog as plenty of woodland walks around the site. Normally my dog takes a couple days to settle into any holiday accommodation but she was settled almost immediately here. Dog basket, blankets, dog bowl etc all provided too. When you arrive you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but its actually a brilliant location as smack in the middle of Truro and Falmouth so not lots of travelling involved. A couple miles down the road is a ferry which costs £10 return to take you to the Roseland area which has stunning beaches and villages. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool, games room, tennis courts etc. In the village of Carnon Downs is a large Spar shop which sells everything so no need to eat out all the time. Feels safe and secure as the resort is gated which is a bonus.

Lovely family trip
We have absolutely loved our family stay here. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a gorgeous countryside view. The indoor pool was lovely and warm and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you the Valley

First class in every respect.
This was our second visit, albeit the previous visit was a number of years ago. This was an extended family holiday, including our first grandchild, so we opted for The Croft. The house had three double bedrooms, each with access to their own toilet / shower, and a hot tub! The lodge was in a great location and offered great privacy. I have never stayed in accommodation that was so well appointed and equipped. The lodge had everything you could want, and more. It was cleaned and presented to an exceptionally high standard. All of the staff were friendly from start to finish, and wanted so much to ensure the stay was comfortable. In addition to this the location is fantastic, being equal distance between both coasts, there are so many places to visit. We will definitely be back

At least our third visit. Fabulous place to stay. The cottages are like home from home, located in a beautiful spot with lots of places to visit within a short drive, everything you might need is there and the staff are excellent. We cannot recommend it enough.

Terrific accommodation and great staff. A quiet location with good facilities and thoughtfully provided activities for the youngsters. Sadly our stay was cut short by my wife breaking her leg slipping on muddy steps while taking the grand children on the treasure hunt.

We had a wonderful stay at The Valley. The cottage was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. I took off one star for the almost non existent wifi. We were so busy we never used the pool, clubhouse, or restaurant facilities, so I can't comment on those.
