The Valley was amazing place to stay very clean and tidy and lovely large space.
Well organised, comfortable and relaxing.
Lovely accommodation with good facilities on site. However the café/bar always seems to insufficiently stocked.
Only down side was the slowish WiFi apart from that perfect stay. All children's gates and high chair provided.
Superb facilities and stunning large accommodation. Warm and cozy
The cottage, including all amenities inside were lovely. The outside areas were well maintained and fun for the children. The pools were clean and accessible at the times when needed. Internet was very poor in the cottage, maybe due to the location of the cottage in relation to wherever the hub was. Overall a superb vacation that everyone enjoyed
Very beautiful, comfortable, warm, modern cottage. Good location near Truro and not far from Falmouth and nice walks nearby. Very quiet and clean with all the appliances and comforts for a relaxing stay. Friendly staff with plenty of imformation at reception. Would definitely stay here again especially for family breaks.
We have just returned from our second break at this establishment within 3 years. It is often said that you should never go back to a place where you have fond memories as it can lead to disappointment. Rest assured this cottage does not disappoint and the fact that everything was just the same as the first visit made it all the more special.
Beautiful accommodation with the most comfortable beds you will experience and a real feel of luxury accommodation.
Any minor issues are resolved as soon as reported. Fantastic on site facilities including indoor and outdoor Pools, Tennis courts, squash courts, table tennis and small gym, all available to use and included within the price.
Bistro with small bar is open of an evening and Craig who manages this establishment is a great guy and very helpful. The food is top quality especially if you choose the specials. The squid starter with chilli dip is wow!! Steak special again very tasty.
The children can borrow games and puzzles which my little girl loved.
For me a poor phone signal is a bonus as it makes me switch off from work and really appreciate the family time together. (Some people may find this frustrating I guess)
Location is ideal for exploring all of Cornwall and over the two visits we have seen all main resorts. Thanks to Meg, David, Craig and co for another wonderful stay. My wife has told me we will definitely be back soon.
Room Tip: The higher up the resort the better the view
We had a lovely, relaxing holiday in this cottage. The accommodation was very comfortable and carefully thought out and in beautiful surroundings. We opted for the half board option which we loved-we had the flexibility to eat in the restaurant or in our holiday home each evening (which was very useful when the kids were tired)-the food was amazing too! The kids loved the pools and outdoor play area. We can't wait to visit again!
