Falmouth is Cornwall's premier south coast location, steeped in maritime history and renowned for its sandy beaches, spectacular coastline and scenery. The area is an all year-round resort and boasts some of Europe's most regarded sailing waters. The historical town presents a fascinating mix of charming individual boutiques, shops and well-known high-street names. Falmouth has a reputation for its fresh sea food and an abundance of cafes and restaurants provide a selection of worldwide cuisine

The building contains just five apartments. From the road the apartment is on a level access. On entering the apartment, you find yourself in a light and wide hallway leading to the living area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom boasts an en suite shower room. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors and windows to the front communal garden.
The living area is open planned with defined seating and dining spaces and stunning modern kitchen, grey leather sofa, a double size leather chair, side tables, wide screened TV and dining table with 4 leather chairs, but it's the wide wall of glass and French doors leading to the balcony and view that takes the eye. The outlook is fabulous, river, marina and shoreline are all visible from the wide balcony and a perfect place to sit and enjoy the vista.
The apartment sleeps 4, with double bedroom, single bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge.
Falmouth is renowned as the start and finish of many transatlantic races and as one of the world's greatest water sport centres. The waterways around the town provide a gateway to an acclaimed network of sheltered estuaries and hidden coves. North Parade follows Penryn river revealing delightful views to Trevissome, Flushing and the Roseland before winding to the waters of The Carrick Roads. Falmouth's very 'raison d'etre' is as a consequence of its location and outstanding natural features including the third deepest natural harbour in the world. It is therefore surprising that a town so steeped in all things maritime has such little access to the water. North Parade and its approaches provide the only domestic water frontage access in the town and the principle marina facility
