Beautifully presented beach house with three double bedrooms (one with ocean view), two shower rooms, kitchen / dinner, big lounge with ocean view, parking and garden.

If you are looking for comfortable, clean, affordable & flexible accommodation then this is the place for you. It is my desire to provide a homely holiday base from which you can enjoy magical Cornwall with its beautiful beaches, rolling surf, coastal walks& chilled out pace. We are situated less than a one minute stroll to the gorgeous Blue Flag beach of Porthtowan & village amenities.

This lovely three bedroom property is light, spacious and comfortable and sits just a stones throw from Porthtowan beach. The three bedrooms are all newly furnished and freshly decorated with double beds and 100% cotton bedding. The beds have good quality mattresses to provide for a comfortable nights sleep. The front bedroom has an ocean view. There are fitted wardrobes in the two bigger bedrooms and plenty of shelf space in the the third smaller bedroom. The other two bedrooms look out over the garden. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area where you can sit and enjoy any cooking you may do. You have ample cupboard space and there is a large American style fridge freezer for your convenience. There is plenty of crockery, pots and pans etc for your use. Any food bits you may find on the kitchen you can help yourselves too. The comfortable lounge room with sea view, log burner, tv, sofas, arm chair with ocean view and plenty of books is a beautiful space to sit and relax. You will find some personal belongings, books etc in this room which you are welcome to make use of during your stay. There are two newly refurbished shower rooms, both fully tiled with excellent powerful power showers. One bathroom is upstairs next to the front bedroom and has views of the ocean from the shower. The second is downstairs through the lounge and next to the kitchen. The whole house is centrally heated if needed. All bedding and towels are provided. There is also a garden at the back of the house, off the kitchen, where you can eat breakfast in the sun if you get lucky with the Cornish weather! Please note there is a parking space with bus/shed immediately in front of the house that is used for storage, which I may occasionally access during your stay. However there is a also a parking space available for guests and any further parking is on the road opposite. Here in Porthtowan I hope you will find the perfect location to relax, unwind and embrace the beauty on your door step without having to get in your car.
