A luxury two bedroomed cottage with a private garden & patio with stunning views

Set in a private location with great views. 10-15 minutes to Doc Martin's Port Isaac or Polzeath and 20 minutes to Rick Stein's in Padstow. Ideal location to explore all Cornwall!

No dogs allowed on site whatsoever. This 2 bedroomed barn conversion used to be home to the farm bull pen years ago. However it has now been renovated to the highest standards to offer guests a warm and cosy stay. Whilst continuing to give you a taste of the past this cottage has all the modern features you would expect to find in any home - a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a log burner, bathroom/wet room and of course a private enclosed garden and patio with a Weber barbecue and outside furniture. Both bedrooms are spacious and warm with tvs in each. The property has under-floor heating throughout. Private parking. Super fast Wifi is also available free of charge.

Absolutely brilliant. Could not have been better. An extremely well-equipped, comfortable cottage and excellent service including items you wouldn't normally expect, such as scones jam and cream, milk, butter and even a bottle of fizz waiting for us. Highly recommended.

This cottage near Port Isaac is the absolute perfect retreat in Cornwall. We visited with our children, age 17 and 9 and we arrived and were met by Colette & Andrew, who are the perfect hosts. The cottage is beautifully presented and impeccably clean. There was a cream team waiting for us and a chilled bottle of white in the fridge, what more could you want after a long drive from home. We had the most amazing week,. We normally stay in Padstow and this was our first stay out of town and definitely not our last at our new found favourite home from home. The location was perfect, a short drive to Port Isaac, Padstow and Wadebridge. There is a lovely farm shop and tea rooms a short drive away and a perfectly equipped kitchen if you feel the need to eat in. Andrew and Colette are on hand if you need anything at all but equally the cottage feels very private. Amazing stay and not our last !
