A compact but really cute place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is secluded and peaceful, we also booked Bills Barn for our stay and the two together were fantastic! Welcoming hosts and a great location- we had a lovely time here.
Thanks for the review June, We hope to see you again in the near future. Regards Garry @ Penwartha Cottages
My only issue was the creaky bed frame that creaked at every movement and kept waking me up. Sent the other half to the sofa bed on the last night as wanted a full nights sleep!! It worked so maybe it was 2 people in the bed
Hi Fionna. Sorry about that, I will take a look at it and see what we can do to alleviate the creak!
Lovely studio well equipped in a beautiful location.

Great value for money, one of two holiday cottages near Perranporth, it has a sofa bed which is very comfortable and no hassle, hence the very good price for its location.
