A gorgeous garden studio for two people. Close to the beach at Perranporth +dogs

The cottage is located at Penwartha Coombe, next to the village of Bolingey and less than a mile from the stunning beach at Perranporth on the North Cornish coast.

This extremely cute and romantic cottage is perfect for couples. It has an open plan living area in the old barn section of the property which includes a modern kitchen with full size cooker, fridge and microwave oven. Also in this area is a full size double bed with a comfy mattress. There is plenty of cupboard space for all of your holiday belongings too. The cottage is kitted out with a surprising extra large shower and stylish contemporary bathroom fittings.

Possibly the loveliest part of the Studio is the conservatory which overlooks the pretty and sheltered garden. Breakfast can be taken on the private deck whilst listening to the restful bubbling stream on the other side of the lane.

Please note that the garden is shared with our other one bedroom cottage.

There’s even a kite buggy school in Perranporth, for a really unique adventure on the sands. It’s possible to venture out on horseback around Perranporth and for a truly unforgettable experience, there’s also the local skydiving club. At low tide, a natural open air pool is exposed offering a great place to cool down on those sunny Cornish summer holiday days.

Close to Perranporth holiday cottages are plenty of coastal walking opportunities and a golf course with stunning beach views and a pitch and putt for those who prefer the shorter golfing game. The Perranporth country market is held year round every Friday and at the Promenade Gardens it’s possible to hire a boat to row around the lake for a great bit of family bonding, or a romantic outing. The Perranporth museum offers an insight into Cornish life and also a great slice of surfing history, while the nearby village of Rose is home to the Iron Age fort of Perran Round, an imagination inspiring place thought to be one of the oldest theatres in the UK.

My only issue was the creaky bed frame that creaked at every movement and kept waking me up. Sent the other half to the sofa bed on the last night as wanted a full nights sleep!! It worked so maybe it was 2 people in the bed

Owner's response:

Hi Fionna. Sorry about that, I will take a look at it and see what we can do to alleviate the creak!

Great value for money, one of two holiday cottages near Perranporth, it has a sofa bed which is very comfortable and no hassle, hence the very good price for its location.
We have already booked again.
