Set in a rural countryside location, less than 3 miles from the dog friendly beach of Perranporth, and less than 3 miles from the quaint and charming St Agnes. The Coach House is perfectly situated in a central location, with easy access onto the A30, for those wanting to explore Cornwall.

The Coach House is a completely level bungalow with
2 bedrooms, The Coach House can accommodate up to 4 guests and is dog friendly.

A large rustic oak porch welcomes you into The
Coach House.

As you are welcomed through the extra wide entrance
door you enter into the large open plan living, kitchen and dining room, which
facilitates inclusive and social living.

It is furnished with high quality furniture and
crowned with solid oak beams and a beautiful reclaimed antique chandelier.

A welcoming cream tea, complete with homemade
scones, Jam and Cornish clotted cream will provide refreshment on your arrival.

be ordered directly with Tremovah Industries if required) is easily

equipment, such as mobile hoists, can be hired from Tremorvah Industries
– they can arrange the delivery of the items to us, and we can ensure that they
are set up in the cottage prior to your arrival.

Nestled in a lovely area of the North Cornwall coast, our holiday cottages in Perranporth are around six miles south-west of Newquay and home to one of the most spectacular, family friendly holiday beaches in the country. Perranporth’s dog-friendly beach offers over three miles of pristine sand, huge dunes, home to a dazzling array of wildlife and when the conditions are right, surfing in Perranporth is some of the best in the country.

In the land that inspired Poldark, your cottage holiday will be jam (and clotted cream tea) packed with fun things to do in Perranporth and around. The bustling yet quaint center of Perranporth offers a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars that cater for every taste – and there’s always the popular Watering Hole beach bar meaning you may never have to leave the sand.

There is surfing in Perranporth and schools to teach those less confident, but also a wide range of other water sports and activities on offer, including body boarding, sailing, fishing and diving. There’s even a kite buggy school in Perranporth, for a really unique adventure on the sands. It’s possible to venture out on horseback around Perranporth and for a truly unforgettable experience, there’s also the local skydiving club. At low tide, a natural open air pool is exposed offering a great place to cool down on those sunny Cornish summer holiday days.
