Hi Sue, so pleased you enjoyed your stay, we look forward t seeing you again soon! Regards Garry Penwartha Cottages
The reason accuracy is a 4 and no 5 ( if I could put 4.9 I would ) is solely down to the comments previously about a 20 min walk to the beach, it is at least a 30 minute walk.
We took two small dogs, one which was elderly and has a breathing condition due to the breed.
She wasn’t able to manage the walk, some parts were quite steep, although stunning.
So a quick ride via the car and £2.80 parking fee ( 2 hrs on the beach ) solved that problem. No big deal just keep it in mind
On the whole we absolutely loved our stay, can highly recommend.
Thank you Garry and Paula for some amazing memories made during our stay :) x
Thanks for your review Lisa, we would welcome you back anytime. Regards Garry

A lovely place, even better when you book it along with the Studio. Great location, very peaceful and secluded but either a short walk or drive from just about anything you care to do. Welcoming hosts too! We can recommend a visit to the Black Flag brewery if open.
Thank You for your review June, we hope to see you again in the near future. Regards Garry @ Penwartha Cottages
Ideal accommodation for a short break for two adults and our hyperactive puppy. Walking distance to the beach and a local pub serving good food, (due to the easing of the COVID restrictions essential to book the pub in advance). Very friendly host Garry, we would book again if we take another break in Cornwall.
Thank You for your kind review. We hope to see you again soon! Regards Garry

Lovely location and beautiful cottage. Spent valentines here and was perfect
My boyfriend and absolutely loved this cute little cottage. A great quiet location and even though it was January the log burner kept us toasty warm. Fabulous. Highly recommended.
Lovely snug and cosy cottage, ideally suited to 2 people. Good TV signal and wifi. Parking right outside and garden was great for dogs. The only negative point was no cleaning stuff provided (except vacuum) or washing up liquid, any condiments, foil etc that you do find in some other cottages.
This cottage near Perranporth is a very peaceful and beautiful little cottage in a great location. Local area great for walks and stunning views. Local pub highly recommended too.
