Nestled on the stunning rugged coast between Padstow and Newquay, our holiday lodges in Mawgan Porth are some of our most sought after. From self-catering holiday lettings to luxury holiday villas, the west-facing beach, pumping surf and stunning natural beauty draw people from all over the world to Mawgan Porth in North Cornwall.

Voted by The Times newspaper as one of their top 10 beaches, the stunning cliff-walled, dog-friendly beach at Mawgan Porth is a mecca for surfers and family holiday makers alike – the perfect spot for both thrilling watersports and relaxing beach days filled with sandcastle building and rock-pool exploring. Wherever your Mawgan Porth lodge is located, the walk or short drive to the beach is guaranteed to be always beautiful and always worth it.

The caves around the beach at Mawgan Porth are an exciting place to explore and the beach is connected to some of the best coastal walks in the country, including the South West Coast Path. Our coastal lodges for you along this stretch make the perfect base for exploring this majestic part of the Cornish countryside. Other highlights include pitch & putt, crazy golf, a popular pub, café and a fish and chip shop – everything you need for that perfect seaside holiday!

For those who fancy venturing further afield, the famous Camel Trail cycle path from Padstow to Wadebridge is just 5 miles away and it’s only a short drive to St Eval Karting Circuit, The Japanese Gardens, The Classic Air Force, the zoo and bowling. It’s also only 6 miles to Newquay, making Mawgan Porth a great, laid back base from which to explore the bustling surf beaches and bars of Cornwall’s most famous surf resort, without having to stay with the crowds. Having access to a car here will greatly broaden the scope of the entertainment and natural scenery accessible to you.

Of course, such perfection does mean that prices here tend to be a little higher than surrounding areas, but we firmly believe that in this case you get what you pay for. You can’t go wrong with a holiday rental lodge in Mawgan Porth.

Just got back from a fantastic time in this stunning lodge designed for couples. Great accommodation and facilities. We stayed in September. The onsite restaurant was brilliant. You could even take the food back to your accommodation!

We be going back.
