Ideal for couples, friends or small families wanting short breaks or extended holidays, these charming properties are great for affordable holidays in Cornwall. Stylishly furnished throughout with modern Cornish Cottage decor, each cottage has an outdoor patio area which sports jolly deck chairs and picnic tables.
The cottage has open plan kitchen, living and dining room with French doors out to the patio. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The cottage has central heating and the benefit of a wall hung electric fire.
The master double bedroom has a TV and an en-suite shower room and the second bedroom has twin beds. There is an additional bathroom with shower over the bath.
Imagine pre-ordering locally sourced seafood for supper through our artisan chef, then donning your walking shoes to trek across one of the fabulous coastal walking paths on our doorstep. On your return, simply pick up your fresh fish and BBQ under the stars for an unbeatable summer’s evening.

For those who fancy venturing further afield, the famous Camel Trail cycle path from Padstow to Wadebridge is just 5 miles away and it’s only a short drive to St Eval Karting Circuit, The Japanese Gardens, The Classic Air Force, the zoo and bowling. It’s also only 6 miles to Newquay, making Mawgan Porth a great, laid back base from which to explore the bustling surf beaches and bars of Cornwall’s most famous surf resort, without having to stay with the crowds. Having access to a car here will greatly broaden the scope of the entertainment and natural scenery accessible to you.

We found the furniture to be very tired and needs a good makeover, however the bathroom was very clean and the bedding clean and fresh
The park was clean and well looked after and the Kitchen restaurant prices were normal
We (two adults, two young kids) spent two weeks here in a standard cottage. It was pretty much perfect. The resorts location was ideal: easy walking distance to the shops and the bay, plus amazing beaches just a short drive up and down the coast — our local favourites were Treyarnon and the Bedruthan Steps, while further afield, Crantock and St Ives were also delightful. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. There was an easy, friendly atmosphere amongst the guests and between guests and staff, who were always helpful (if little forgetful sometimes). We made intensive use of both pools — the indoor pool was a lifesaver on rainy days — and there was lots of space for all the kids to play together. We'll definitely be back, as will friends and family who visited us.
