This as a delightful, modern 2 bedroomed flat, in a complex, situated on the glorious Pentire Headland in Newquay. There are spectacular views from the patio across Fistral Beach, absolutely wonderful in any weather! There is seating and barbecue facilities on this patio looking across, also, to the large, heated Swimming Pool, belonging to the complex for visitors to use.

You enter through large patio doors into the lovely lounge/ dining room. A big, comfortable room, beautifully furnished with modern leather suite, table and chairs, large TV and DVD player.
This is a lovely 4* flat, in my opinion.

Small kitchen with dish washer, fridge, new units and everything you need for 4 people.
In the hallway there is a cupboard, with an automatic washing machine plumbed in and storage room for ironing board etc.

Bedroom 1 is a good size, with a double bed, lovely modern furnishings, top of the range wash hand basin, sea views to the side over Fistral Beach.
Bedroom 2 is smaller with 2 single 2ft. 6in beds. Same lovely, sunny aspect, with sea views.

The flat is a five minutes walk to the steps to South Fistral Beach, less if you jog! The town centre is a nice twenty minute stroll away, with all its shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also a bus service from Pentire to the town centre.
Lewinnick Lodge is a lovely pub and restaurant, on the Pentire Headland. It is a short, one minute drive away, or about 5 or 10 minutes stroll. They serve fabulous sea food!
There are 2 parking spaces right next to the flat, as it is on the seaward end of a small block.

The beds you require will be made up fully for you and tea Towels and Bath Mat included in the rent.

Wheal Rose Studio

This is a lovely studio flat comprising of an open plan room for two people, next door to Wheal Kitty. It can be booked with Wheal Kitty, if you want to bring 6 people, so is ideal if an extra couple, ie grand parents want to join you.

It can also be booked independently from Wheal Kitty if it is just a couple wishing to book and has the following.

It offers modern living space for a couple. You enter into an open plan living area with 2 seater sofa, small table and chairs. Flat screen TV on the wall, with Freeview. The kitchen area is open plan on the left. It is small, with fitted units and work top, a full size electric cooker, cooker hood, fridge, microwave, toaster etc. and has all the usual kitchen equipment for 2.

There is a double bed at the end of the room and 2 fitted cupboards, one full length and one higher up, for your clothes.

Leading off is the newly fitted shower room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

There is parking on a side road next to Fistral Court. There is no designated parking space for Wheal Rose. However, if you have booked this accommodation with Wheal Kitty, there are 2 parking spaces, one behind the other, that you can both use.

To the front of the Studio, there is a small patio area with table and chairs for 2. Lovely views towards Fistral Beach and across to the swimming pool belonging to the complex. The heated swimming Pool and Sauna are for you to use as well.

The bed will be made up for you and tea towels and bath mat provided.
