Meadow Sweet Cottage

This is a self contained, large, modern Cottage, next door to the old farmhouse, at Hendra Paul Farm. It has a separate entrance to the side of the property, looking out over fields and lawn area.

Leads into a small kitchen, with recent units. Full size gas cooker, washing machine, slimline dish washer, microwave, fully equipped for up to 6 people. Electric meter for a contribution towards the electricity.

Door into Lounge/Dining room. Leather suite, table and chairs for 6. TV, DVD player and video recorder. Patio doors and garden views. Steps down to door into Bedroom 1. Double bed, well furnished, door to en suite bathroom.

In the corner of the lounge, stairs lead up to a landing. Door to the right leads into the lovely Bedroom 2, with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and patio doors leading out onto a wonderful balcony with extensive views and patio chairs.

Along the landing, which has a book case filled with books to read, is a door to Bedroom 3, with a small 4ft double brass bed and a 2ft. 6ins single bed. This is a pretty bedroom, perfect for 2 children, or an adult plus a child.

Next door is the family bathroom, newly refurbished.
There is parking for one car outside this cottage, and further space for another in our Car Park.
There is a table and bench set on the lawns outside and a barbecue, for this lovely holiday cottage.
