In an excellent area for touring Cornwall, there are many beaches close at hand, including Polzeath and Rock. Newquay, with its many wonderful beaches is only a 20-30 minute drive away. The Eden Project and many National Trust houses and gardens are within an easy drive from here. Golf, horse riding, swimming, tennis and cycling or walking on the Camel Trail are all available locally. Shop and pub are 1 mile away, in the village of Lanivet.
