This is a charming flat, in a spacious semi- detatched bungalow, in the popular residential area of Treloggan, Newquay. The Trenance Lakes, Newquay Zoo, Waterworld and the Heron Tennis Centre are all a short walk away.

The entrance is at the side of the bungalow with a large parking space right outside. You enter into a lovely kitchen. Well equipped and with plenty of units, gas hob, electric oven, Microwave. Complete with all necessities such as vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board etc.

From the Kitchen you enter a hallway. Left into a double bedroom, fully made up for your arrival, fitted wardrobes, window to the side. Turn right in the hall way into a good sized bathroom, with Jacuzzi bath, hand held shower fitment, toilet and wash hand basin.

At the end of the hallway is a very good sized lounge/dining room. Beautifully furnished and equipped with TV, DVD player, Freeview Digibox, Stereo, plenty of books to read. Lovely dual aspect windows over the bungalows’ rear garden.

Side door leading into the garden. This is a lovely place to sit and read, or sunbathe. The owners do not mind you using and appreciating their lovely garden. There is a barbecue, table and chairs for your own use.

There are bus stops within about 50 yards of the flat, going into and coming out of the town centre.
Morrisons, Lidls and McDonalds are about 500 yards up the road. The owners have an information pack in the flat, with all the pubs and eating places that are not too far away, if you don’t feel like using your car all the time. It is roughly less than a mile or so into the town centre and about the same to the beaches. The Kings Head pub is about 200 yards past Morrisons and is easily within walking distance. Even nearer is The Tavern, a few hundred yards walk in the other direction. You can holiday at this property if you do not want to bring your car!
