Property Overview

This is a 35ft by 12ft static caravan Situated on 54 acres of private land in Cornish countryside, in the pretty Porth Valley, with the meandering stream leading down to Porth Beach, 2 miles away, or 1 mile as the seagull flies.

The holiday caravan has one master bedroom and one small children's bedroom with a bunk bed.
 
The self catering caravan has its own private garden and barbecue. There is also a large communal garden with slide for the children, grass tennis court, and plenty of space for other ball games.
 
There is also a 9 hole golf course at Treloy only half a mile away!
Porth reservoir is about 2 miles away which allows fishing and is great for walks and bird watching.
The Meadow View Caravan is about half a mile from the main road, along a pretty country lane, then down a long, private drive, so is very safe and peaceful. 
We are 10 minutes in the car from the beautiful Watergate Bay, Fistral Beach and Newquay town centre.
Situated near Newquay, Cornwall the holiday caravan has access to the whole of Cornwall with the main A30 not far away.

There is parking for 1 car, there is a short 40 metre walk across the main garden to the caravan and its private garden.
 
Everything is included except electricity, there is a pound meter in the bedroom to top up what little electric you will use.

This holiday caravan is perfect for a get away from it all holiday but also for a great active family holiday as it has everything at its finger tips.. So whichever you prefer, you will not regret choosing the Meadow View Caravan. 

Accommodation Description

The Caravan has been recently refurbished and has got all the amenities of a proper home with full size beds, cooker, etc.

A 12x12 foot modern Lounge has its own 42" LCD TV with free view and a DVD player and a gas fire.
 
The red themed Kitchen  has a gas cooker and oven along with all the usual modern kitchen equipment i.e. kettle, toaster, microwave oven and a fridge. All the cutlery, glassware, china, oven and table ware you will need is provided.

Opposite the kitchen is a Dining Area which seats up to 6 people.

The en-suite Master Bedroom has a large 5ft king size bed with plenty of storage space. There is a 22" LCD TV with DVD player on the wall.

There is a pretty Second Bedroom with a bunk bed which will sleep 2 children.

Opposite the childrens bedroom is a modern Shower Room with a shower, wc and wash hand basin.

There is no washing machine however small loads can be washed on request and there is a washing line at the rear of the caravan.

This holiday caravan is equipped with the following great features:

We would not like to overcrowd this property as your comfort is very important, therefore we cannot fit a cot in any of the bedrooms, however you are more than welcome to bring your own travel cot and linen. We do not charge extra for a baby. We can also provide a High Chair free of charge.
