Falmouth

Falmouth is a bustling town with many attractions including the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Pendennis Castle. It also has the third deepest natural harbour in the world and hosts a year-round programme of events, from sailing regattas to food and drink festivals.
A regular ferry service operates to St Mawes throughout the day, and there are several sandy beaches at Gyllyngvase, Maenporth and Swanpool.

Exotic sub-tropical plants thrive in the mild climate and to explore one of the 80 best rated gardens in the world, a visit to Trebah Gardens at Mawnan Smith nearby is recommended. Falmouth offers the choice of beautiful holiday cottages or self-catering holiday accommodation for those wishing to base their holiday in this vibrant town.

South Coast

If you are seeking a holiday with contrasting scenery which will immerse you in a variety of different experiences, the south coast of Cornwall will not disappoint.
From the peaceful scenery of the Helford River, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, to a lively and entertaining visit to the home of rescued seals at the National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, you can choose to laze by the riverside listening to the sound of the wind in the trees and sail-tops or see for yourself the amusing antics of the resident seals as they clamor for attention at feeding time.

For a leisurely trip across the River Fal, The King Harry Ferry crosses from Feock to Philleigh and from there it is a short drive to St Mawes with it's castle built by Henry VIII and regular ferries to the bustling town of Falmouth and the Maritime Museum.
