Property Overview

A self catering Apartment overlooking Newquay Harbour, Towan Beach and westward along the North Cornish Coast.

The ever changing sea and the small but busy working harbour provide endless interest. 
Seals visit the harbour following the fishing boats in the hope of getting a fish or two!
Newquay harbour provides safe swimming and many people enjoy sunbathing there with their children.

This is a first floor holiday apartment in a new luxury development.
2 bedrooms, can sleep up to 6 people.
It is situated in a quiet sheltered area five minutes walk from Newquay town centre. 
It is a short walk to the famous Fistral surfing beach. 

Newquay Sailing Club and Gig Club are both in the harbour. 

Towan Beach can be easily reached in five minutes by walking across the harbour at low tide.

Newquay Golf Club is a five minute walk away. 

The coastal footpath passes nearby. 

There is good sea fishing from the shore & charter boats.

The apartment does not allow pets or smokers.

Bookings for Single sex groups and Groups under 25 are not taken.

 

Accommodation Description

The Juliet Balcony has bi-fold doors which open to a width of 8 feet giving a panoramic view of the harbour, Newquay's  beaches and along the N. Cornish coast..
The living area has a 32" flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There are two easy chairs adjacent to the Juliet Balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. 
The sofa/settee  converts into either two single beds or a double bed.The dining area seats six and the table can be expanded if required.
The kitchen is fully equipped with  an electric cooker with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, a microwave, toaster and radio/CD.
The double bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is a bedside radio.The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and hand basin. Bed linen, towels, duvets and pillows are supplied - but not beach towels.
The twin room has two single beds. There is a bedside radio.The main bathroom is just across the passage from the twin room and has a bath with shower over, toilet, hand washbasin and hairdry
